With over 26 years of experience in the field of Interventional Cardiology, he is one of the most experienced physicians in performing Coronary, Carotid and Peripheral Angiogram and Angioplasty through the radial and femoral method. Additionally, he is highly skilled in Intra-cardiac device implantations.
Dr. Tamzeed Ahmed Obtained his MBBS from Chattogram Medical College and then he joined the Institute of Post-Graduate Medicine and Research.
He obtained MRCP from the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom (UK).
He was trained in Cardiology at renowned Wentworth Hospital under University of Natal, Durban, South Africa.
He then worked in King Abdul Aziz Cardiac Centre Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, a premier Cardiovascular Institute of the Middle East.
He was a Fellow of Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (FRCP) and American College Cardiology (FACC). He was also a Fellow of Society of Cardiac Interventions of USA (FSCAI).
Before Joining to Evercare Hospital Dhaka (previously known as Apollo Hospitals Dhaka), he worked at Ibrahim Cardiac Hospital & Research Centre Dhaka.
