Dr Tejas Deepak Hambir, is a Consultant Neonatologist and Pediatrician who did his DNB Pediatric and Neonatal Fellowship training from Rainbow Children’s Hospital, Hyderabad and was a Silver Medallist in Fellowship Exit Exam. He was later selected for Neonatal Fellowship at Prestigious John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford University, UK; where he completed his 2 years training. He gained knowledge and Skills in managing as well as retrieval of very sick neonates from renowned Neonatologist in UK.
He worked as Neonatal Consultant in Pune, Maharashtra and also has experience of working in two biggest and busiest Tertiary Neonatal Care Unit in UK (John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford and St Mary’s Hospital, Manchester).
His area of interest include:
Care of Extreme Premature Babies,
Neonatal Ventilation including non-invasive ventilation as well as Conventional and High frequency Ventilation,
Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension and inhaled Nitric Oxide,
Neonatal Cardiology,
Neonatal Retrieval.
He is trained in Neonatal Echocardiography and Neuro-Sonograms. On academic front he is a National Faculty and loves teaching his fellows and Nursing staff.
On Personal front he loves playing sports and going on Hikes.
