Dr. V.V. Varadarajan is an ace pediatrician and has joined Rainbow Children’s Hospital, Gunidy as Director – Pediatrics. He has done his MBBS from Madras Medical College, followed by DCH and MD (Pediatrics) from the same institute.

- Teaching pediatric post graduates & under graduates from 1979 to 1989 in government service
- Dip NB post graduates from 1989 till date in Kanchi Kamakoti Child’s Trust Hospital, Chennai
- Visiting consultant in Southern Railway Hospital, Chennai for one year 1989 – 1990

- Part-time consultant in SRM Institute of Medical Sciences, Chennai from 2015 till august 2019
- Director, Division of Pediatrics in Sooriya Hospital, Chennai from 2005 till august 2019
