Dr. N Suresh, Senior Consultant – General Pediatrics, Pediatric Pulmonology & Allergy, has an exemplary academic background and career in medical practice. Having done his graduation from Stanley Medical College, Chennai, he worked as Senior Resident in the Pediatrics department at Southern Railway hospital Perambur, Chennai and then went on to do DNB (Pediatrics) from Kanchi Kamakoti Childs Trust Hospital. He was awarded Postgraduate Diplomate in Adolescent Pediatrics from Kerala University in 2006. He’s been working at Kanchi Kamakoti Child’s Trust Hospital since 2007 in the Department of Pediatrics and also Pediatric Allergy since 2017. In between he completed his MRCPCH (UK), MNAMS, PhD in Pediatric Pulmonology (Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai) and Diploma in Allergy and Asthma (University of Colorado, USA).
In his long flourishing career, Dr. Suresh has wide teaching experience as well with more than 10 yrs of postgraduate teaching. He’s also been the examiner. He’s a close participant in Indian Association of Pediatrics’ activities. Among the many of which, he is currently the Executive Board Member of IAPCCB and also the editor of IAPCCB Newsletter. He’s won many accolades in this long span of medical practice, has participated and made presence as guest faculty in many medical conferences and workshops and has to his credit many published articles and papers in medical journals.
His achievements and experience speaks volumes about his dedication and commitment to his profession.
