He passed MBBS in 2000 from University of Science & Technology, Chittagong (USTC) under the University of Chittagong. He did his MS in Cardio-thoracic Surgery from National Heart Foundation under University of Dhaka in 2014. He worked in National Heart Foundation as Surgical Resident from 2005 to 2014. Thereafter he worked in Square Hospital as a Specialist in Cardiac Surgery department from 2014 to 2015. After that he joined United Hospital in 2015 and now serving as a Junior Consultant in Cardiac Surgery department.
