Dr. Aditya Pradhan In 2006, Dr. Aditya Pradhan completed a six-week specialized training in Robotic Prostatectomy under Dr. Ashutosh Tiwari at Weil Cornell Medical Center, New York. He also undertook a two-week attachment at Johns Hopkins Hospital’s prestigious Brady Urology Center, Baltimore, where he trained in prostatectomy techniques with Dr. Patrick Walsh and Dr. Arthur Burnett.

- Consultant Urologist at Military Hospital, Jalandhar, Punjab, where he initiated the Endourology and Laparoscopic Urology programs.
- Consultant Urologist at Command Hospital, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Achievements:
- Established the Renal Transplant Program at Military Hospital, Jalandhar, successfully performing 20 renal transplants in 2006-07, for which he was awarded the Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card.
- Played a key role in two mass casualty operations in Pithoragarh district, Uttarakhand, earning the Central Army Commander’s Commendation Card in 1995.
- Awarded the Christian Medical College Ludhiana Prize for his contributions to medical excellence.
