Singapore Medical Visa Checklist
 

1. Passport:
Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months and 5 days from the time of application and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp

a) Copy of previous passports and visas issued.

b) Attach all your old passports (if any).

c) 2 sets of photocopy bio-data page of the applicant’s passport (including address page).

2. Singapore Visa Application Form:
2 sets of Visa Application Form-14A completely filled in with original sign as per passport.

3. Photo Specification:
Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

4. Covering-Letter:
Covering Letter from applicant name, designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses, etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Singapore, Dhaka.

5. Forwarding Letter:
Visa request letter from the company if employed or travel letter from the educational institute/student card / Visiting Card (1 Original & 1 photocopy).

6. Invitation Letter:
Letter of Introduction (LOI) to be issued by a local contact in Singapore:

All the information mentioned in the passport and NID must be the same. In case of dissimilarity, affidavit is mandatory.

8. ID Card:
Student card/ Visiting Card color copy.

9. Financials:
Original Bank statement & Bank Sovlency Certificate 

Singapore Medical Visa Processing Timing
The Consulate of the Republic of Singapore in Dhaka processes visa applications for Bangladeshi Nationals and other foreigners who require a social visa to enter Singapore. Visitors holding ordinary Bangladeshi passports will need to apply for an entry visa prior to their arrival in Singapore. Holders of Bangladeshi Diplomatic and Official passports are exempted from visa requirements.
