Dr. Ebadur Rahman passed MRCP (UK) from Royal College of Physicians (UK) in 2003 and was Awarded fellowship (FRCP) from both the Royal College of Edinburgh and Ireland in 2012 and 2015, respectively. Dr. Ebadur Rahman was trained in Hammersmith Hospital in Internal Medicine and Diabetic Nephropathy and was awarded Diploma in Internal Medicine from Imperial College, UK.

He acquired specialty certificate in Nephrology from UK in 2011 and was nominated for the Fellowship of American Society of Nephrology (FASN) in 2014. Dr. Ebadur Rahman obtained Diploma and Master's degree in Nephrology from Sheffield University in 1999.

He has more than 20 publications in international journals on top of extensive research work in Nephrology, Renal transplant and Dialysis. He authored a book titled, '150 Best of Five Questions for Nephrology Specialty Certificate Exam'. He is an examiner for MBBS students and trains nephrology fellows on intervention nephrology in Saudi Arabia and UAE.

He was elected as the Regional Advisor of the Royal College of Physicians for Saudi Arabia and North Africa in recognition of his contribution to teaching and development of nephrology services in KSA in 2015. He was elected as Chairman of Riyadh Transplant and Nephrology club in 2012 in recognition of his clinical excellence in Nephrology, He has 20 years of work experience in Nephrology including 11 years' experience as a Consultant Nephrologist in Riyadh Military Hospital, which is the leading hospital in Middle-East for transplant and dialysis services.

He has performed more than 2000 renal interventions including dialysis catheter insertions, renal biopsies and PD catheter insertions. He has attended more than 200,000 dialysis sessions and introduced liver dialysis for the first time in KSA. He attended more than 600 acute renal transplants in KSA and has extensive experience in post-transplant follow-up.
